The Funds managed by Kinea are highly volatile and highly risky investments.

The Hedge Funds are allowed to use derivatives as part of their investment strategies and therefore they may generate losses to investors in excess of their original investments, and investors may be required to make additional contributions to the funds.

The Real Estate Equity Fund and the Private Equity Fund are established as equity investment funds or fundos de investimento em participações (FIP - Instr. CVM n° 391), and shares in the funds may only be redeemed upon termination of the fund. Investments in these funds are usually concentrated in a limited number of assets that have low liquidity, which may result in losses to investors in excess of their original investments, and investors may be required to make additional contributions to the funds.

Before making an investment decision, an investor must carefully analyze the prospectus of the fund in its entirety. It is recommended that each investor analyze fund performance over at least a 12 month period. Past performance is not a guarantee of future returns.
